The Bhutan National Legal Institute (BNLI) is a judicial training institute established under the Judicial Service Act of 2007. The Act mandates the Institute to create forum for legal and judicial discourse as well as to provide research support services to the judicial personnel for greater efficiency, fairness, access and productivity. It also includes improvements in court administration and management for litigant friendly justice system.
