women from Butembo • Meeting in North Kivu / Democratic Republic of Congo, in the context of an exchange session on women’s participation in community management• Aspiring to the ideals of peace, gender and good governance contained in the international legal instruments ratified by our country such as, Resolution 1325, the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights ‘Man and O’ MDs as well as so many other national legal texts such as Article 14 of the DRC Constitution which advocates the representation of women at all institutions and at all levels. • With a desire to make a significant contribution to making the Congo better by assuming the social role of every human being in general and of every woman in particular; We agree as follows: CHAPTER I: NAME, REGISTERED OFFICE AND DURATION Art.l: It is created in the DRC a network called “Dynamique Feminine for Good Governance, (DYFEGOU)”. Art. 2: The “Virtual” head office is located in the city of Butembo, in the North Kivu province of DRC. The seat may be transferred to another city in the DRC by decision of the General Assembly. Art.3. The “Feminine Dynamics for Good Governance, (DYFEGOU)”. Is constituted for an indefinite period. CHAPTER II. : AREAS OF INERVENTION: Art.4 The “Feminine Dynamics for Good Governance, (DYFEGOU)”. aims to contribute, through local and regional initiatives to the construction of the rule of law in a gender approach, peace and democracy in the DRC. The intervention themes include: A. Gender and peace approach; B. Conflict prevention and management: C. Human rights; D. Democracy, good governance-election observation; E. Capacity building; F. Initiation to leadership, education in civic life; G. Freedom of expression.

Mrs. Rose KAHAMBU TUOMBEANE, 35 years old, lives in Butembo in North Kivu province in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
She has done the Sciences of Information and Communication, Communication of Organizations . She is fired. Since 2004 until today, Mrs. Rose KAHAMBU TUOMBEANE is a journalist with the RTNC, the National Radio Congolaise, station of Butembo where she works as Journalist.
In 2009, she created with her sisters an association that will gather the Women Journalists of the Region, the Collective of Women Journalists, CFJ in Acronym that she directs from 2009 to 2013. In this year 2013, she with the others women leaders of the city of Butembo from different organizations create a Movement that today brings together 22 women's organizations and 15 independent women is the Dynamics of Women for Good Governance, DYFEGOU in acronym.
