FAPA Society Welfare Sangstha was established in 2011 by Engr. Sibbir Ahmed, as its founder Executive Director.

Vision of the organization:
The vision of the organization is to fulfil the fundamental rights of the poor children, youth and women of marginalized community.

Mission of the organization:
Keeping in mind that education is the key method for the social, cultural and economic development of the community and their young generation. FAPA anticipated to ensure lasting improvement of children and their families as well as
communities. To achieve its mission FAPA Society Welfare Sangstha carried out below activities since its inception:
1. Review and monitor street children and their families life style to ensure support for them
2. Support and collaborate with other organizations who also working for the development of street children and
women
3. Keep continuous communication with street children and place them with the different safety net programme of
the govt.
4. Advocacy and lobbying at the policy level for development and protection of street children and playing the role
of advisor if necessary.
5. Maintain networking and liaison with different groups, forums and organizations
