HURMAD Foundation is a Non-Governmental organization registered with the Government of Sierra Leone, to help people help themselves, by working with them at a grassroots level to develop much needed community resources through action oriented programs.

The mission of HURMAD Foundation is geared towards the integrated unification of the community people, to be unanimously engaged into Full scale Developmental programmes with disadvantaged Rural and Urban Youth as well as vulnerable Women and Children. To mitigate against the growing rate of unskilled and unemployed Human Resource, primarily due to the lack of Capacity Buildings to alleviate poverty in the Socio-Economic, Cultural, intellectual and general sectors of life among all and sundry.
