We work on wide-ranging international human rights law issues in an academic context. Much of our work is experiential, with our faculty and students involved in service projects.

We are based at Indiana University McKinney School of Law. Our Program in International Human Rights Law offers courses, research and publications, lectures, and other human rights undertakings. Our faculty and students engage in human rights experiential work outside of our program. Our students undertake overseas and U.S. internships with many types of organizations. We have had 200 internship placements in over 55 countries. Our Program in International Human Rights Law has been granted United Nations Special Consultative Status through the UN Economic & Social Council (ECOSOC).
