Initiative for global change Registered with the district and Kululu Sub County under code KUL/000356 the main objective of the organization is to address the negative impact of poverty among the refugees and the host communities through creating skilled based economic activities.I.G.C is a nonprofit making organization with no discrimination on political, religious, gender and social aspects.The formation of the group sparked off when the members thought of engaging in socioeconomic activities for community transformation  through providing reusable Sanitary Pads, bag designing using beads, conducting Talent promotions, adolescent peer education, Artwork, Music and film production, music, dance and drama, Graphics and Design, construction works, Branding, briquettes production etc. The group act and serves as an umbrella and a voice for the youths to help solve the problems they face in a fair and justifiable ways,These services were identified to be priority for socio-economic development. One of the top problems affecting the refugees and the host community’s youths after the outbreak of civil war in south Sudan.Talents of young men and women are buried due to lack of initiatives, long distances to exercise their talents rendering them Jobless hence unemployed leading to increase in criminal offenses of rape, prostitution, drug abuse,violence among families due to economic hardship.
