Eldoma Dawood Abdalla has nine years of experience in the nonprofit sector, and earned a Bachelor’s of Arts with Education in English language and Literature from Kampala International University in Uganda. Eldoma also holds a Diploma in English Language from Juba University in Sudan. Eldoma served as a vice president of Eastern African Youth Forum at the International Initiative of Change .Eldoma coordinated the annual Eastern African Youth Forum. He helped at synergizing a new generation of change makers across nine (9) Eastern African Countries to learn, share and change lives guided by moral standards with change starting from oneself. In this position, he gained extensive experience in planning and management of NGOS developmental projects, with practical experience in organization strategic planning as well as policy development. Prior to this, Eldoma served as consultant for South Sudan Youth in Solidarity .In this position, he co facilitated the training of 80 trainers for peace and reconciliation Mobilizes led by the Committee for National Healing Peace and Reconciliation (CNHPR).Eldoma also co facilitated a National Youth Mini-forum that brought 70 South Sudanese youth from the10 states of South Sudan in Juba, and the consequent preparation and presentations in International day for peace in 2013.Eldoma’s motivation is to work as peace bridge between Republic of South Sudan and north Sudan.


Eldoma previously worked as volunteer for Sudanese Organization for Nonviolence and Development where he distinguished as a strong advocate of nonviolence movement .Eldoma conducted many workshops in Alternative to violence project, nonviolence conflict transformation, civic education and ethical leadership. He is committed to building bridges of understanding between the Christian African and the Muslim/Arab in Sudan. he volunteered with Initiatives of Change in India, in exploration of living dynamically with values to build leaders who can serve society in an inclusive and humane way.
Eldoma Hassan is the network champion (main point of contact) for Initiative of Change-South Sudan.
