I am currently the Executive Director of the Initiatives for Dialogue and Empowerment through Alternative Legal Services (IDEALS), Inc. IDEALS pioneered in providing legal service delivery in natural/man-made disaster stricken areas by establishing legal identity of victims/survivors thru legal/civil documentation allowing them to access to benefits, claims and other social services.

Prior joining IDEALS, I was a Manager of the Training and Consulting Unit of Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP) for 8 years. I was also the Regional Officer for Visayas for 8 years with PAKISAMA (Pambansang Kilusan ng mga Samahang Magsasaka). I began my career in development work as Community Organizer for PhilDHRRA and Ateneo's Office for Rural Development-Center for Community Services.
