“KNOW YOUR RIGHTS” is small scale organization founded by legal professionals who belong to rural areas of Sindh. The organization basically works for bringing legal awareness amongst the poor people for their fundamental rights as guaranteed under the Constitution of Pakistan. People in these areas are being held as captives by the influential and elite class and treat them as their servants. These poor people even don’t have access to basic fundamental right of imparting education as such the generation is heading towards increasing illiteracy rate. We closely monitor the situation and focus on selected areas where we understand that our working will improve the conditions and bring awareness amongst the people for their legal rights. The areas where we work are situated in District Dadu (Kacho Area) where from it takes at least 4 to 5 hours journey to reach at lowest Court of Justice and because of this inaccessibility, people suffer at the hands of influential.
