With 20 experience years and Master Degree of Law, I have been developing “public interest lawyer” concept in Vietnam for the last 6 years, bringing a public interest legal approach to issues surrounding sustainable development. As Director of The Law and Policy of Sustainable Development Research Center (LPSD) now works with communities affected by development, poor industrial practices, and environmental degradation to help them understand and enforce their rights. To complement its engagement with community and legal efforts, LPSD also analyzes development related policy and provides suggestions to further its goal of sustainable growth, development, and environmental protection. I am member of Environmental Law Alliance Worldwide and IUCN World Commission on Environmental Law. I attended Mekong Legal Network since 2009 and become Vietnam Country Coordinator.

I am working at The Law and Policy of Sustainable Development Research Center (LPSD) - a non-profit organization established in 2007 - as Community Development Coordinator and Legal Assistant.

With the vision of becoming a legal research and legal practicing center to protect public interests, LPSD aims to create community models which have capacity and sufficient awareness bout their rights, have strong organizing to use legal tools in resolving global issues (climate change, energy, land, forest, investment, labour, etc.) in national, regional and international levels.
LPSD theory of change is to base on human rights and citizen rights to ask for accountability and social responsibility from relevant stakeholders, on the basis of national, regional and international law to ensure sustainable development which is stated by the UN.
