In addition, through robust mentorship programs, I have experience directing financial and human resources for purposes of achieving organisational objectives whilst ensuring compliance with partnership agreements, organisational strategies and policies.Further, I have experience in implementation of human resource management strategy that includes staffing adequacy, staff training and development; remuneration and overall employee motivation; staff wellness, disciplinary action and dismissal. Exceptionally self-motivated and focused individual, an upcoming farmer and human rights lawyer. With more than five years of work experience in litigation and legal education. Fighting the worthy cause for the voiceless, vulnerable and marginalised members of my society. The law is a developmental tool to bring about greater change in the society. Am a registered legal practitioner practicing at Legal Resources Foundation, Bulawayo office as a Programmes Lawyer. I hope to gain more knowledge of using the law as a tool in assisting the marginalised and vulnerable members of our community, share notes on use of law as a tool of societal change, learn from other jurisdictions on how human rights are defended and network.
