It is an organization of lawyers who practice our profession from an intersectional feminist perspective and as a tool for social, legal, political, economic, and symbolic transformation in Argentina.

We Recognize That Gender, Ethnicity / Race, Nationality, Age, Disability, Sexual Orientation, Sexual Identity, Among Other Categories Are Social Constructions That Interrelate And Respond To A System Of Privileges And Oppression That Generates In Access To Rights And Opportunities. Therefore, Our Work In The Practice Of Feminist Law Consists In Using The Legal Tools Available So That Those People Who Are Oppressed By This System Of Privileges Access Their Rights.

Our Legal Practices Include Litigation, Legal Support In Decision-Making,  Specialized Training And Political Organization For The Defense Of The Rights Of Women, Girls, Boys, Adolescents And Lgtbiq + People. We Have Worked Together For Years Sharing Knowledge, Strategies, Promoting A Non-Individualistic Practice Of Law, Which Puts At The Center, Where We Understand They Should Be, The Rights Of The People We Represent.

We Strengthen The Capacity Of Activists In The Use Of Right As A Means To Generate Social Change, We Make Alliances, We Offer Technical Assistance And Accompaniment

We Work With Them On Strategies That Allow To Frame Social Problems As Violations Of Human Rights, Present To Courts And Carry Out Accompanying Actions In Communications, Protests And Social Mobilizations
