Life Change Rukwa Development Organization (LCRDO) is an independent registered non-government and non-profit civil society organization based in mainland Tanzania with its headquarter at Rukwa region. LCRDO officially registered on 06/06/2016 under the Non-Governmental Organizations Act, 2002 made under section 12 (2) of Act No 24 of 2002   with registration number 00NGO/08641 as Life Change Rukwa Development organization (LCRDO).

LCRDO has been at the forefront on Agricultural and Food Security, Natural Resources Management and Environmental Conservation, Lobbying and Advocacy, Women and Youth Economic Empowerment, WASH, Education and Gender Mainstreaming.

LCRDO has vast experience with over 6 years of community service in implementing different programmes in Tanzania mainland that promote the rights of adolescent girls and boys, sustainable nutrition, undertaking Environmental Conservation, health, education, Legal aid on land Rights, WASH, HIV/AIDs, Public Expenditure Tracking Survey  (PETs), Economic empowerment for women and youth, promotes gender equality, Natural Resources Management as well as good agricultural practices with collaboration of different partners at all levels.
