I have over twenty years of experience as a paralegal studies professor. As a professor, I have worked on increasing access to justice by utilizing paralegals both in government and NGO related entities within the city of Miami, Fla. U.S.A. Students have worked on numerous service learning projects and have provided paralegal assistance in all types of legal matters including, homelessness, immigration, domestic violence and education.

In 2016, I returned to India as a Fulbright Specialist and delivered a course on the creating a national paralegal training institute to train community paralegals to provide access to justice. I have written papers and presented nationally and internationally about human rights, paralegals and access to justice.
