Organization Future Prosperity House (OFPH)

Primary Goals:
• Increase access to qualified legal services for vulnerable groups living in the Imereti Region, of Georgia, with particular focus upon Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), female- headed households, single mothers, victims of gender- based violence and any other marginalized individuals
• Elevate well-being and self-sufficiency of target populations
Objectives:
• Increase awareness of vulnerable groups regarding their human and legal rights, specifically related to the changing situation and laws in Georgia associated with IDPs, women’s rights, gender equality and equity, gender-based violence prevention and response
• Increase the capacities and skills of target groups to exercise their rights and receive relevant services
• Include youth in educational efforts to grow their capacity for empowerment and future change
• Influence government, municipalities and other supporting institutions to institute systematic impact and sustainable change

Key Activities:
• Conduct regular needs assessments of beneficiary groups leading to the design of responsive programs and services
• Provide qualified legal counsel and services for target populations
• Implement information and educational campaigns for target groups regarding their rights and services during field visits, thematic trainings and workshops in their homes and communities of residence.
• Cooperate with educational institutions in Imereti Region, such as public schools, private and state institutions / universities, youth centers / clubs, and organize thematic trainings, seminars, discussions and other information campaigns related to human and rights, and related issues
• Cooperate with regional and local governments, as well as, with Imereti NGO-sector representatives, identifying challenges of target groups and initiating joint advocacy campaigns
