ParaNET is a civil society organization that is engaged in active advocacy around the attainment and enjoyment of basic human rights among pastoral communities in Kenya. The organization aims to with partners including donors, relevant state agencies, and communities in ensuring that impoverished and traditionally marginalized pastoralists’ communities do not only access their basic human rights as enshrined in the Kenyan constitution but are also fully informed of their rights and responsibilities as citizens.

The organization’s mission is to create change towards a society free of corruption. The organization defines corruption as the abuse of entrusted power for private gain which eventually hurts everyone who depends on the integrity of people in a position of authority. To promote student achievement and preparation for global competitiveness by fostering educational excellence and ensuring equal access.
