Rural Initiative for Community Empowerment- West Nile (RICE-WN) is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) that was founded in 2004 as a community service provider for health, governance, environmental welfare and human rights .Its establishment was propelled by mounting local pressure for assistance in development and continues to this day to make a profound and progressive contribution towards the social and economic transformation of the region.
Headquartered in Arua Municipality in the West Nile Sub-Region of Uganda with branch offices in Moyo, Nwoya, Buliisa and Nebbi, RICE-WN currently manages interventions in the following sectors of oil and gas, land rights, community sanitation, and environmental protection. RICE-WN delivers holistic and community friendly programs with particular emphasis on education as a core foundation towards sustainable change.
RICE-WN works with a number of partners in the execution of its mission including political and technical district authorities from Nebbi, Arua, Zombo, Maracha, Moyo, Adjumani, Koboko, Yumbe, Nwoya, and Buliisa district(s), Members of Parliament (MP’s), Traditional leaders , Central Government Representatives, sister CBO’s and NGO’S and faith based leaders, among others.

I am an initiator of innovative ideas & a lobbyists. I have expertise in negotiation at all level. I have ability in peace building and conflict transformation.
