Ghana- Central region(Agona West Mun, Agona East District, Ajumako-Kenyan Essiam district, Kasoa and Abura- Asebu ) Greater Accra Region(Ga South, and Weija Gbawe, Ledzekuku-Krowor Municipality.

We work mainly with disadvantaged and marginalized communities especially rural  and slum communities  to empower girls, women and youth. SASMM work with group of women, girls and youth who are community-based activists, aimed to spread knowledge of a particular issue, awareness building programs

MISSION

SASMM works to develop Christian faith, protect children and women , and improve the life of the vulnerable, disadvantaged and marginalized people and communities, ensuring community free of poverty, violence  and  having freedom and development  through  poverty  reduction and development initiatives  for social transformation. Create a more equitable and sustainable world by engaging and empowering individuals, grassroots organizations and communities through mutual learning, solidarity and collective action.

PROGRAMS/ACTIVITIES – 

  • Christian faith development,
  • Empowerment and protection of women, men, youth, students and children, legal empowerment using education and sporting activities.
  • Distributes materials related to child, women/human rights education to educational institutions, communities, general public and government to assists in the adaption of the materials.
  • Outreach, field missions, Mobilization and awareness creation (Ending Violence, Corporal Punishment against women and children, end Child early and forced marriage 
  • Training, seminars and workshops activities on the work of Girls’ Empowerment Clubs ,(CRMT),  Legal Literacy Clubs (LLC)/( /(LEC), in primary and Junior High Schools:  Women/child and human rights clubs in primary and Junior High Schools
  • Digitized empowerment( ICT Training) for women activist, children and youth
  • Health – Provision of free birth certificate and National health Insurance (free Healthcare).
