Vidyaranya is a non-profit, non-political and secular development organization established on 29th October 1991 in the village of Mandur, Bangalore East Taluk of Bangalore Urban District, State of Karnataka, India.  We operate on the governing tenets of equitable development and inclusive growth of society.

Our main areas of work are outlined below.

I am M.C.Ramesh a professional social worker and having around 30 years of practical experience in the Field of Development in association with different organizations. Founded a development service voluntary organization in 1991 and initiated a Rural Development Project in Banaglore Urban District. It has been extended to Ramanagarl and Hassan District too. As of now the project covers 3000 target group families in 40 villages with a focus on women, children, youth, old age, environment, natural resources, live stock and common property management. This organization is been funded by the Central Government and various Charitable Trusts and Community mobilization. I have fully participated in a specially designed “Objective Orientated Project Planning System (OOPPS)” Organized by Karl Kubel, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. I have organized / conducted / facilitated a number of trainings and workshops for the staff of Vidyaranya, other NGOs and Govt. And I also extended faculty services for many training / workshops for NGOs, Training & Educational Institutions and others.I have organized / conducted / facilitated a number of trainings and workshops for the staff of Vidyaranya, other NGOs and Govt.
