- Water Works Africa is a local Non-Governmental Organization led by local youth in Tanzania to help Women, Girls and Children get access to safe and clean water and fight all forms of social violence against Women, Girls, and Children in Tanzania. We are currently working in Mara Region in the Northern Districts of Rorya and Tarime were Women, Girls, and Children are facing more challenges of Social violence including walking long distances to fetch water, girls walking long distances to go to school, child exploitation, Female Genital Mutilation and other forms of social violations.
