‘Legal experts teach Syrian rebels to prevent human rights abuses’

Amidst rising reports of human rights abuses by opposition groups in Syria, several organizations are working to train rebel fighters in international humanitarian law.  Ibrahim Olabi, of the newly formed Syrian Legal Development Program, says his program aims to prevent opposition fighters from committing war crimes for which they would be prosecuted after the revolution.
