Born and raised in Marracuene, Mozambique, Célia attends the Higher Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Gwasa Muthine (ISGEG) Marracuene Law School. She has been an activist with Geração Biz and worked at World Vision for Life, assisting orphans and vulnerable children in Matola Gare. She has also worked at Action Aid as a sexual and reproductive health activist, and teacher. She is currently studying to fulfill her dream of becoming a lawyer.
