Euler is a native of Mocuba, in the Province of Zambézia. He has a degree in Tourism from the Eduardo Mondlane University, and is currently pursuing his Masters degree in Strategic Management of Tourist Destinations from the Superior School of Hospitality and Tourism of Estoril in Portugal.
He has previously worked in logistics at the Eduardo Mondlane University, in management at Hotel Inhambane, and as a teacher.
In his free time, he enjoys tending to his plants and gardening.
