Felisberto was born and raised in the city of Inhambane and is a graduate from the Secondary School of Meule.
He most recently worked at Vuneka as a field officer in the Agostinho-Neto community and as an Administrative Assistant and Independent Community Monitor at Aposemo. He has also worked as the Deputy Manager of Print-Shop EI in Inhambane, and as an Administrative Assistant at RECAMI, the Network Against Child Abuse.
In 2012 and 2014, Felisberto served as an Electoral Observer with the Christian Council of Mozambique in the city of Inhambane.
In his free time, Felisberto enjoys hanging out with friends, listening to good music, and reading novels.
