Rosta José Cumbe is a Mozambican. A humble, Christian person from a rural family, she has a degree in Political History and Public Management from the Pedagogical University of Maxixe. She worked for two years as a Case Manager (Focal Point) at Nweti- Comunicação para a Saúde and was a part-time lecturer at the Instituto Médio de Gestão de Comércio e Finanças.
