Essential Toolkit from Joint IDP Profiling Service

The Joint IDP Profiling Service (JIPS) aims to promote collaborative responses and solutions for internally displaced persons (IDPs) across the world by equipping governments, humanitarian organizations, and development actors with accurate information about IDP situations. JIPS offers support for profiling in IDP situations globally: from the initial planning stages to data collection, and finally to report writing and advocacy. Through JIPS Essential Toolkit (JET), individuals can access all aspects of the profiling process through a compilation of generic tools and methodology guides. These tools can be adapted to different profiling contexts or simply used for inspiring the design of a profiling exercise.  A useful profiling timeline makes it easy to find the tools you need.
