Afghans choose between a broken justice system and the Taliban

In Afghanistan, where corruption in the justice sector is rampant, people are turning to the Taliban for help resolving disputes.  According to University of Herat lecturer Mirwais Ayobi, the Taliban “focuses on reconciliation instead of demanding money.”
