Alli Phillips is a Senior Manager of Partnerships at Namati, where she focuses on fundraising and partnership development for the Land, Environment, and Climate portfolio. She brings over a decade of experience working at the intersection of justice, peacebuilding, and community-led development across more than 16 countries.
Prior to Namati, Alli served as Director of Training and Partnerships at the U.S. Institute of Peace and previously established the first fundraising unit at ARDD-Legal Aid in Jordan. She is a board member of Communities Organizing for Haitian Engagement and Development (COFHED), a Haiti-based organization, and a founding member of Pragmatic Panic Legal and Social Services, a consulting practice that supports nonprofits and individuals navigating legal, institutional, and organizational challenges. She is also an active community organizer in Washington, DC.
In her free time, she enjoys exploring Rock Creek Park with her dog, Luna Marie Cleopatra.
