Ibrahim was born in Freetown. His family relocated to Tonkolili District following the military insurgency in 2001. Ibrahim completed his secondary education at Government Secondary School for Boys in Magburaka, and then enrolled at Northern Polytechnic College in Makeni, where he pursued a High Teacher’s Certificate Secondary in Agricultural Science from 2010 to 2013 at the Northern Polytechnic college Makeni. After which he applied for voluntary teaching and taught for a period of three years in addition to being the school data clerk.
He joined Namati in 2016 and saw the opportunity to study some more so, he applied at the University of Makeni to pursue a Bachelors of Arts in Development Studies. He is currently completing his third year now.
