Michael has been working for over eight years to help teams develop and use more meaningful evidence and experience to inform their decisions. As the Manager for Learning & Research, Michael will provide leadership to the design and strategy of Namati’s global M&E systems with the goal of fostering organizational learning across its core programs.
He loves good coffee and college basketball, and lives with his partner – and their dog-like cat – in Mount Rainier, Maryland.
