Rose loves working alongside people who are passionate about making life better for our local and global communities. She believes nonprofits can help tackle big problems by listening to, partnering with, and sharing resources and power with the people most affected by them. She is thrilled to be part of Namati’s People Operations team and to support the people doing this work around the world.
Over the past 20 years, Rose’s career has spanned human resources, operations, finance, and communications. Before joining Namati, she spent 10 years as Director of People and Operations at Ayuda, a nonprofit serving immigrant communities in the DC area. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Whitworth University in Washington state and a master’s degree in Equality and Human Rights from the University of Glasgow.
