Suzie Choi is the Senior Associate (Fundraising Operations and Systems) of the Resource Mobilization team at Namati. She is a firm believer in inclusive, locally led, and sustainable development. Prior to Namati, Suzie started her career in international development at Counterpart International, where she built her experience in strategy, new business development, project management, and creative problem solving. She graduated from Duke University, cum laude, with a B.A. in International Comparative Studies, and she completed an honors thesis on indigenous movements in Ecuador in achieving their unique vision of “development” titled Circulatory Progress: Anti-Belt and Road Initiative Indigenous Movements in Ecuador. During her free time, she enjoys experimental cooking, indoor climbing, and playing flute.
